FREE ROAM VR LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in Free Roam Virtual Reality experiences, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that virtual reality activities involve physical movement, including walking, turning, bending, and reacting to virtual environments. I acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, dizziness, nausea, or physical injury.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Da Real Est VR, its owners, operators, staff, contractors, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and do not have any medical conditions that would make participation unsafe, including but not limited to seizures, heart conditions, severe motion sickness, or balance disorders.

I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by staff at all times. I understand that failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the experience without refund.

I consent to the use of photos or video recordings taken during participation for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete this waiver on their behalf.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver..

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY MAKING THIS AGREEMENT I SURRENDER VALUABLE RIGHTS. I DO SO FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY. I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT I AM OF LAWFUL AGE, NOT PREGNANT, AND LEGALLY COMPETENT TO SIGN THIS AGREEMENT; THAT I UNDERSTAND THAT THE TERMS HEREIN ARE CONTRACTUAL AND NOT A MERE RECITAL; THAT I HAVE SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT AS MY OWN FREE ACT AND IF I HAVE ANY DOUBTS CONCERNING THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT, I WILL CONSULT AN ATTORNEY BEFORE SIGNING IT
